Step1:Click on esr

 

Step2:open the JNLP files

 

Step3: wait for verifying applications

 

Step5: Click on run

 

Step6:Click on Don't Block

 

Step7: Application Error

 

Step8: Details of error

Again try to open from index page with out error you can open
